Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposits

All bookings require a non-refundable £50 deposit to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo session. Deposits can be paid online via card through our secure payment system powered by Stripe.

The deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new appointment if you provide at least 48 hours notice of cancellation.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to be eligible for rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will result in forfeiture of your deposit.

If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice (no-show), your deposit will be forfeited and you may be required to pay a new deposit for future bookings.

3. Age Requirements

You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed. Valid photo ID will be required at your appointment. We do not tattoo anyone under 18, even with parental consent, in accordance with UK law.

4. Health & Safety

You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing process. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe tattooing may pose a health risk.

You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during your appointment. All equipment is single-use and sterile, and we follow strict hygiene protocols.

5. Aftercare

Proper aftercare instructions will be provided following your session. You are responsible for following these instructions to ensure proper healing. We are not responsible for infections or complications resulting from improper aftercare.

6. Design & Copyright

All custom designs created by Sandor Tattoos remain the intellectual property of the artist. By commissioning a custom design, you agree that the artist may photograph and share images of your tattoo for portfolio and promotional purposes.

If you do not wish for your tattoo to be photographed or shared, please inform us before your session.

7. Liability

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that tattooing carries inherent risks and that you are obtaining a tattoo of your own free will.

Sandor Tattoos is not liable for any dissatisfaction with the final result, provided that the design was approved by you prior to tattooing. Touch-ups may be offered at the artist's discretion.

8. Payment

Payment for the tattoo session is due in full at the end of your appointment. We accept the following payment methods:

• Cash
• Contactless (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Your £50 deposit will be deducted from your final balance.

9. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.
