Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Deposits

Half day, full day and custom tattoos over £100 require a non-refundable £100 deposit paid by card through Stripe at the time of booking. The remaining balance is payable in full at the end of your appointment (card or cash accepted).
The selected session is held for 30 minutes while you pay. Once the deposit has been paid, the session is secured.
Small tattoos and custom tattoos under £100 do not require a deposit at the time of booking, and are payable in full after your session (card or cash).
You will receive email confirmation of your appointment. You will receive a reminder email 72 hours before your appointment.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to be eligible for rescheduling.
An appointment can be rescheduled only once, via the website.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice, will result in forfeiting your deposit, you will be required to pay a deposit for future bookings.
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, this will result in forfeiting your deposit, you will be required to pay another non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
If you are late for your appointment, you will forfeit your deposit and appointment slot, you will need to reschedule, and pay another deposit.

3. Age Requirements

You must be 18 years or older to get tattooed. Valid photo ID will be required at your appointment. We do not tattoo anyone under 18, even with parental consent, in accordance with UK law.

4. Health & Safety

You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattooing process. We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe tattooing may pose a health risk.

You must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs during your appointment. All equipment is single-use and sterile, and we follow strict hygiene protocols.

5. Aftercare

Proper aftercare instructions will be provided following your session. You are responsible for following these instructions to ensure proper healing. We are not responsible for infections or complications resulting from improper aftercare.

6. Design & Copyright

All custom designs created by Tattoos by Sandor remain the intellectual property of the artist. By commissioning a custom design, you agree that the artist may photograph and share images of your tattoo for portfolio and promotional purposes.

If you do not wish for your tattoo to be photographed or shared, please inform us before your session.

7. Liability

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that tattooing carries inherent risks and that you are obtaining a tattoo of your own free will.

Tattoos by Sandor is not liable for any dissatisfaction with the final result, provided that the design was approved by you prior to tattooing. Touch-ups may be offered at the artist's discretion.

8. Payment

Payment for the tattoo session is due in full at the end of your appointment. We accept the following payment methods:

Cash
Contactless (Apple Pay, Google Pay)

If you paid a deposit this will be deducted from the full amount payable.

9. Privacy & Data

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR regulations.

10. Studio Policy

No alcohol or drugs before or during your appointment.
No one under the age of 18 is permitted in the studio, no exceptions.
Feel free to bring someone along for moral support, but I can only fit one guest in with you.
I reserve the right to refuse to tattoo you if you are abusive or behaving inappropriately.

11. Loyalty Card Terms

Each qualifying appointment must be a minimum spend of £70.
The card has no expiry date, so no rush to fill it.
Discounts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
The scheme cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, service, or on merchandise.
Cards are personal to you, so lost or damaged cards can't be replaced or transferred into someone else's name.

12. Gift Voucher Terms

No expiry date.
No minimum spend.
Can be applied to a tattoo of equal or greater value - if the tattoo costs more, you pay the remaining balance in full at the end of your appointment (card or cash accepted).
Vouchers must be used in full, in a single session, no refunds or credit for any unused balance.
A voucher is registered to one person at time of purchasing, non-transferable to someone else.
Vouchers can not be combined with a discount code, any other offer or loyalty cards.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to be eligible for rescheduling. An appointment can be rescheduled only once, via the website.
Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice will have the deposit amount taken off your gift voucher - the same as a deposit customer would lose. Whatever is left is still yours to use.
If you fail to attend your appointment without prior notice, this will result in forfeiting your gift voucher.

13. Discount Codes

The full deposit is required at the time of booking, the discount code is applied to the remaining balance payable in full at the end of your appointment (card or cash accepted).
Discount codes are only valid for sessions booked in the time period stated on the offer, not the day you book.
Discount codes can not be applied after you have booked.
Discount codes are for a limited time only and can not be used multiple times.
Some codes are for half days only, some for full days, some for both. It will tell you if it does not fit.
An offer can be withdrawn at any time. If a code has stopped working it has stopped, but message Sandor - he is reasonable about it.
Discount codes have no cash or credit value.
Discount codes can not be used with gift vouchers or loyalty card discounts.
